    Layout Variants

    • FRONT-FRONT: Loading and unloading of the material from the front.
    • BACK-BACK: Loading and unloading of the material from the back.
    • FRONT-BACK: Loading of the material from the front or back, the unloading takes place from the opposite side.

Characteristics

Wide range of applications

Straightening of bars and tubes by one machine. Badly bent bars and tubes can be straightened because the material is only gripped at the ends and the machine concept does not have any collision points during the loading phase. Furthermore, it is possible to straighten thin walled tubes, because no process forces which could deform the tubes act on the surface of the material.

Low operating costs

The new straightening process is an energy-efficient process due to the short straightening time and the high efficiency factor. Furthermore, there are no expensive wear-parts like straightening rolls, and the process does not require any additional operating material like straightening oil.

Superior surface quality

There are no straightening marks because the material surface is not touched during the straightening process.

Shorter unstraightened ends

Short clamping lengths on the material ends allow a reduction of the unstraightened ends of up to 50%.
